Receiving Your Order
Upon receipt of your order, your products will ship within 1 to 3 business days. We are committed to shipping your order out as soon as we can. You can select your shipping option when you check out. Within the United States, we ship via UPS & USPS. On the checkout page after you enter your zip code and state you will be able to select a shipping option.

How To Save On Shipping Note?
This information only applies to orders placed within the United States. To save money on shipping, it’s best to order more than one item at a time. UPS and USPS charge one main fee to ship any package, then add only modest increments for each additional pound. The shipping cost per item can decrease dramatically when additional products are ordered. For example, if it costs $7 to ship one item, it often costs just a dollar or two more to ship two items. You are, of course, welcome to order just one item, but the shipping cost may be high for it. The shipping and handling fee is based on UPS or USPS charge.
International Orders
There is a minimum charge of $30 – however, we will contact you and let you know your total by e-mail, with shipping, before processing your order. It is your responsibility to find out about your country’s laws concerning receiving herbs and the customs policies. If you place an order and your country does not allow our products to be shipped in you will not receive a refund. Mexico does not allow herb orders and people in Australia have had customs challenges as well. Generally, Fees may range from $30-$120 dollars.

Return Policy
What Can Be Returned?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason within a 60 day, we will gladly accept the return. Upon receipt of your return, we will issue you a prompt refund, credit or exchange. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable. Call Customer Service for a return authorization at 1-844-773-2739.
How Will My Return Be Processed?
If you ordered by credit card, your account will be credited within 2 weeks (14 business days), once the item is returned. If you have requested an exchange, your account will be charged for the new item and credited for the return once we receive the item.
We guarantee the quality of all of our formulas and products. We cannot however guarantee specific results as each individual’s body is different and God is responsible for healing (Exodus 15:26).
